BELL came to us with a clear request: two specific models for their SS26 e-commerce. No casting, no studio booking, no sample logistics – just the look they wanted.
BELL
BELL is a surf brand where European design meets Australian surf culture: three decades of craft, from surfboards to wetsuits to apparel. They needed a full SS26 e-commerce catalogue and had a clear brief: two specific models. We generated the entire collection worn by both, in studio and end to end in AI: on-model and consistent, at a fraction of the time and cost of a traditional shoot.

We generated the entire SS26 collection worn by both models – a full in-studio e-commerce shoot, produced end to end in AI. Consistent lighting, framing and styling across every product.
The same two models across every garment and every shot – same faces, same bodies. Character consistency held throughout, so the catalogue reads as one coherent shoot, not a set of disconnected renders.
The two models are generated – they do not exist. No model release, no usage window, no licensing to renew. BELL owns every image outright, free to use across any channel, for as long as it wants.

Around 200 product photos – the full SS26 collection, on both models – delivered in under a week, at roughly a third below what a traditional studio production would have cost.
