A complete reconstruction of the Shopify store on a modern, mobile-first architecture. With 87% of traffic coming from mobile, UX was the primary conversion lever. We redesigned navigation, product pages, collection structure and checkout flow — building a store that performs, not just looks good
Garment Workshop
Our work with Garment Workshop focused on rebuilding the entire digital infrastructure of a Made in Italy denim brand — not just the storefront, but the system behind it. The challenge was to turn a store with strong brand identity but fragmented data into a measurable, scalable e-commerce operation.

Before building anything, we audited the tracking infrastructure. UTM parameters were missing across all paid channels, making revenue attribution impossible. We rebuilt the data layer from the ground up — connecting every channel to Shopify and establishing a clean baseline to make decisions on real numbers.
We migrated the 27,000-contact list to Klaviyo, segmented by geography and behaviour, and built the core automation flows: Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase and Review Request. A system designed to recover lost revenue and build long-term retention — not just send newsletters.
We delivered more than a new store. The infrastructure we built — clean tracking, segmented CRM, automated flows and an SEO-ready architecture — is designed to support international expansion into UK, USA and UAE markets. The foundation is in place. The growth is next.
