Concept & Format Development

We designed the event format as a cultural touchpoint where The Hoxton’s hospitality could meet the underground music scene, highlighting the venue’s role as more than a hotel: a place of cultural exchange.

Community Activation

Partnered with Fischio to curate a DJ line-up and bring in a network of local creatives and music lovers, ensuring the event felt authentic and deeply rooted in the Roman community.

Event Production & Management

Oversaw the full event execution, from technical setup and styling to guest flow, ensuring a seamless guest experience aligned with The Hoxton’s standards.

Media Production

Produced a complete media package, professional photo coverage, video recap, and social-first snippets to extend the event’s visibility beyond the night itself.

THE OUTCOME

The event attracted over 400 guests, filling The Hoxton Rome with an energetic and diverse audience. Social coverage generated strong engagement, with the recap video used across both Fischio’s and The Hoxton’s channels.
