We developed a launch concept that positioned SUEDE as the local hub for adidas Originals in Rome, blending product storytelling with authentic cultural relevance.

We teamed up with adidas Originals for the Rome launch of key silhouettes “Falcon”.
The challenge was to create a project that went beyond a simple product drop — connecting adidas with SUEDE’s community and transforming the store into a storytelling space.
We identified and activated a local testimonial who could represent the campaign’s energy — not just as a model, but as a storyteller connecting fashion, music, and lifestyle.
We produced the campaign’s photo and video assets, creating visual content optimized for both digital use and in-store storytelling.
We organized and managed the in-store launch event, transforming SUEDE into an immersive adidas Originals space for the day.



The campaign successfully positioned SUEDE as adidas Originals’ cultural partner in Rome. The in-store event brought together the local community, while the digital and social content extended the project’s visibility beyond the physical space.
Through an authentic voice and a strong storytelling approach, the launch elevated adidas’ presence in the city and strengthened its bond with SUEDE’s audience.
